MOQ starts from 50 pcs for electronics (headlamps, EMS devices), 100 pcs for most textile products (vests, braces) and 200–300 pcs for small accessories. Mixed-category trial orders are welcome — you can combine products to reach a cost-effective first shipment.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples ship in 3–5 days; customized samples (your logo and colors) in 5–7 days. Sample cost plus courier is charged upfront and the sample cost is refunded against your first bulk order.
Can I mix different products in one order?
Absolutely — that’s our specialty. All six categories ship from the same facility, so you can build a mixed container with one invoice, one quality standard and one consolidated shipping plan.

What can be customized?
Logo and labels (silk-screen, heat transfer, embroidery, woven labels), product colors and sizes, materials and specs (reflective tape grade, lumen output, padding level), retail packaging, instruction manuals and bundle kits. Structural ODM changes are quoted case by case with tooling cost.
How long does a custom project take?
Typical cycle: custom sample in 5–7 days, bulk production 12–25 days depending on quantity, then shipping. Average from approved sample to ex-factory is under 30 days.
Can you develop a product from my idea?
Yes — send a sketch, reference link or physical sample. Our engineers assess feasibility, quote tooling if needed, and deliver a pre-production sample for your approval before bulk.
Do you support Amazon FBA sellers?
Yes. We provide FNSKU labeling, FBA-compliant carton marks, dunnage standards and can ship DDP directly to Amazon warehouses or prep centers.

What quality control do you perform?
Five gates: incoming material inspection (IQC), first-article sign-off, hourly in-line checks, final AQL 2.5 inspection with photo report, and container loading check. You receive the final inspection report before paying the balance.
Can I hire a third-party inspector?
Of course. SGS, BV, TÜV, QIMA or your own inspector are welcome. We coordinate access, samples and factory tour scheduling at no extra cost.
Which certificates can you provide?
CE, RoHS, FCC for electronics; EN ISO 20471 and ANSI/ISEA 107 for high-visibility wear; MSDS and UN38.3 for battery products. See our Certificates page for details — PDFs available on request.
What if there is a quality problem after delivery?
Confirmed manufacturing defects are replaced or credited against your next order. Electronics carry a 12-month warranty with spare-part support. We resolve claims within one production cycle.

What are your payment terms?
Standard: 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L. T/T bank transfer; Alibaba Trade Assurance, PayPal for samples, and L/C at sight for orders above US$50,000.
Which shipping options do you offer?
Sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express for samples. Incoterms: EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Yantian, CIF and DDP door-to-door. We also ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses.
What is the usual lead time?
10–25 days production depending on product and quantity, plus transit: 3–7 days air, 25–40 days sea to US/EU West Coast. Peak-season (Sept–Nov) slots book early — plan garden-protection orders in summer.
Can you ship under my own forwarder?
Yes, FOB terms with your nominated forwarder are standard. We handle export customs declaration and loading supervision.
