Sylvzen is the registered brand of Shenzhen Heshichuang Technology Co., Ltd., based in Bao’an District, Shenzhen — the heart of China’s electronics and hardware supply chain.

We started with reflective safety wear, then added lighting, braces, riding protection, garden covers and fitness gear — each line launched only after we could control its quality in-house. Today our export team serves wholesalers, Amazon sellers, brand owners and retail chains across North America, Europe and Southeast Asia.

Five Inspection Gates Before Your Order Ships

• Gate 1 — IQC: incoming fabrics, webbing, LEDs, batteries and silicone inspected against approved specs
• Gate 2 — First article: first piece of every production run signed off before the line runs
• Gate 3 — In-line check: hourly sampling on the line; defects corrected at the source
• Gate 4 — Final inspection: AQL 2.5 sampling with photo report sent to you before packing
• Gate 5 — Loading check: carton counts and container condition verified at loading

Third-party inspections (SGS, BV, TÜV) are welcome — we will coordinate access and samples.
